Nancy has served with the Lincoln County Clerk’s Office for 32 years and became County Clerk in 2023. Since taking office, Nancy has overseen the vehicle system computer upgrade, added 30 more years of older records and all plat files into the digital database. She also introduced a free Title Watch service that alerts residents if documents are filed at the Clerk’s Office in their name.
Whether you have questions about vehicles, land, voter registration and elections, marriages, hunting and fishing, notaries and more, the Clerk’s Office is ready and happy to assist our community. We believe knowledge is power, and we want everyone to feel welcomed, informed, and treated with respect. If it doesn't involve our Office, we will point you in the right direction.
Nancy and her husband, Tim, have 5 children, 4 grandchildren and are managed by their pugs, Lola and Murphy!
